Located in a varied and diverse urban context, the building fits harmoniously by contrasting the continuity given by ashlar in the wainscoting with different elevations in the façade. The project is confronted with a significant constraint: a street front of only three stories. The narrowness of the street front makes the realization of large volumetric quantities complex, creating a significant design challenge. The geometric theme of the cube is emphasized here by the setback of the central body and the strong contrast of materials that is also found along the side facade allowing lightness and movement to the entire building.
