A very complicated project that replaced a garage with a new residential building within a Milanese courtyard. The intervention involved the construction of a Y-shaped building body articulated around the staircase. The five-story above-ground volume is presented with a very simple and linear language, in the face of a mismatch of windows in the context: horizontal cuts enhance the building body parallel to Via Pellizzone, characterized by a few vertical elements in harmony with the context.
