VIA ALESSANDRO PESTALOZZA 12/14

A key part of the project was the rehabilitation of a historic eclectic-style villa by splitting it into four units. Alongside this delicate intervention stands a new structure boldly conceived as two parallelepiped volumes that collide into a cylindrical element, acting as a visual and functional hinge between them. The rationalist-influenced street front also dialogues with the surrounding urban context through a dynamic interplay of solids and voids that captures attention and invites discovery of the interior spaces.
