In the renovation of an existing farmhouse, a new volume embraces the original body, with a new extension rotating toward the magnificent view of Presolana. The use of corten and local stone not only creates a vibrant textural contrast, but also respects the architectural essence of the area. The main objective was to maximize the entry of natural light, highlighted by a fully glazed volume, elegantly lined with battens. The intervention required special attention to thermal insulation, advanced technological systems and rainwater management, which are essential in this mountainous context.
